My name is Ann Blythman and I am a qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Neuro Linguistic Practitioner. I worked for many years in the Public Health Sector and in Management within the corporate environment, before pursuing a career based on a long-held interest in, Hypnotherapy and NLP. I was trained by Trevor Silvester a leading figure within the field of Cognitive Hypnotherapy at the Quest Institute in London. I hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD), the first nationally accredited Hypnotherapy Diploma, accredited jointly through the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the NCFE (National awarding body). I am also trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which is a very useful technique used to treat many conditions. It is completely natural, pain free and non invasive and can be used to eliminate negative emotions, beliefs and traumatic memories. My approach uses a combination of Hypnotherapy and NLP to help my clients achieve the lasting results they desire, as quickly as possible. I am a full member of the professional body of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and adhere to their strict code of ethics and conduct.
