I recognise that each client is an individual and each problem is very individual to the client, it is difficult to give an exact time on treatment. As a guide some people need only one or two sessions, but for some more complex conditions, a course of therapy could be around four to six sessions. The first session will involve a comprehensive case history analysis to understand what creates your problem or issue which enables me to build and tailor a programme of treatment specifically for you. How much does it cost? I charge £55 a session. Each session will last approximately one hour. The confident childbirth course and smoking cessation package is priced
separately please contact me for further information. There is a £20 charge for appointments cancelled later than this. I am based in Rickmansworth close to Northwood, Chorleywood and Watford.
